SALEM, Ore. (KATU) — On Monday, April 1, Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek signed HB 4002, the bill that rolls back portions of Measure 110, into law.

The bill re-criminalizes the possession of hard drugs, changing the voter-approved measure. The new law establishes a new misdemeanor that could lead to different levels of jail time.
It will also allow counties to decide whether to offer treatment over criminal charges. Read more.
